A recent poll regarding the current state of the news media has found that, among the media elite, most are blaming the Internet for the downfall of traditional journalism.
According to the Atlantic, it's the way the Internet has been "changing reader habits" that is hurting journalism the most.
Honestly, I can see where they're coming from. This is the Internet age, where sound-bites and small paragraphs rule the day, and opinions seem to matter more than hard facts.
