About

Welcome to The Writer's Pulse. Here are a few things you should know...

Where am I?

You're at The Writer's Pulse, a simple blog dedicated to the age-old topic of writing, created and maintained by some guy on the Internet. Hence the singular possessive apostrophe.

Some guy?

My name's Rob. Two years ago, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, and since then I've been coasting along, writing my way out of paper bags and working on an assortment of web-based projects.

My initial goal in creating this blog was to showcase (in some fashion) the fact that writing is not something reserved for literary elites or college grads, but rather something that anyone can and should enjoy. While I've strayed from and sometimes even forgotten about that goal, I'd like to think this blog has helped, or at least entertained, someone out there. Maybe. I mean, it's possible.

Also note that in no way is this blog definitive. The content found within is just my best attempt to help you on your path to becoming a better writer. Sometimes these tips are my own, personal opinions. I in no way guarantee anything as a result of the content of this blog.
